Creamy butter garlic salmon cooked in white wine.

Here's how to do it:

-Start by seasoning the salmon by salt and pepper.

-In a pan fry them in olive oil.

-Set them aside.

-Fry 2 garlic cloves in butter.

-Add 1 cup chopped spinach and let it simmer.

-Add ½ cup cream, 2 sliced carrots, 1 lemon,asparagus and ½ cup white wine.

-Add the salmons gently,cover the pan and let them all simmer on low heat.

- Serve with baked or boiled potatoes.
