Pear yoghurt cake

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1½ cups sugar
½ cup oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon saffron
1 cup yoghurt
1½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour
3 medium sized pears
Mix the ingredients in a bowl in the written order.
Bake in preheated oven 180C for 30 minutes.
