Salmon and broccoli quiche

Quiche is a French tart consisting of pastry crust filled with savory cream and pieces of cheese, meat, seafood or vegetables. The best-known variant is "Quiche Lorraine", which includes bacon. Quiche can be served hot or cold. It is popular worldwide.
I personally love it with anything but this time I tried it with salmon, broccoli, dill, onion, garlic, eggs & cream. It was so simple & delicious!



Ingredients: (Serves 4 persons - 20 x 30 cm pan):
1 pack of puff pastry
4 eggs
1 salmon fillet (400 grams) cut into small squares
8 broccoli florets (half boiled)
A hand full of chopped dill
5 cloves of garlic
1 big onion
1 cup of cream
Season with salt & pepper
