The softest chocolate cake recipe ever!

Ingredients:
Mix all the dry ingredients separately:
2 cups flour
1 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
1½ teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
Again mix the wet ingredients separately:
1½ cups stout
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
Last but not least, in a large bowl mix:
1 cup of room temperature butter
1½ cups of sugar
Blend them well with a hand mixer
Gradually add 3 eggs
And the secret ingredient for this recipe is:
½ cup mayonnaise
Mix well and start adding the wet & dry ingredients alternatively.
Bake in preheated oven 200 C for 35 minutes.
Let it cool completely and cut the cake into half horizontally to spread the crust in the middle.
For the crust:
1½ cups cold butter
3 cups powder sugar
½ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
Add a few tablespoons of milk if needed
Use your imagination and decorate this super soft amazing cake.
