Mini cheese & spinach beuregs.

Ingredients:
½ pack of frozen spinach
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 eggs
1 pack of Feta cheese
½ pack of phyllo dough
Melted butter





Here’s how to make it:
Cut the Phyllo dough into small squares.
Prepare the cheese mixture (eggs+Cheese)
Fry the onion and garlic with spinach and let them simmer on low heat, then leave to cool.
Season with salt, pepper and cumin.
Mix the cheese mixture with the spinach mix.
Start filling the holes of the cupcake pan with phyllo dough and layer them with butter.
Finally put the cheese and spinach mix inside the dough.
Bake at 200C till golden brown.
