Mini cheese & spinach beuregs.

Ingredients:


½ pack of frozen spinach

1 onion

2 cloves of garlic

2 eggs

1 pack of Feta cheese

½ pack of phyllo dough

Melted butter






Here’s how to make it:


  • Cut the Phyllo dough into small squares.

  • Prepare the cheese mixture (eggs+Cheese)

  • Fry the onion and garlic with spinach and let them simmer on low heat, then leave to cool.

  • Season with salt, pepper and cumin.

  • Mix the cheese mixture with the spinach mix.

  • Start filling the holes of the cupcake pan with phyllo dough and layer them with butter.

  • Finally put the cheese and spinach mix inside the dough.

  • Bake at 200C till golden brown.
