Easter salty mahleb cookies.

Here is the recipe:
Mix all the dry ingredients together:
3 cups of flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of salt
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 tablespoon of mahleb spice
1 tablespoon of black cumin seeds (fennel)
Then add:
1/2 cup of warm milk
3/4 cup of vegetable oil
100 grams of melted unsalted butter
Cover the dough & leave it to rest for 10 minutes.
Shape the dough to any shapes you like.
Bake in a preheated oven (180°C ) for 15 minutes or until golden & Voilà !
