Swedish "Falukorv"- Pork sausage baked in the oven.

Ingredients:

• A big "falukorv" sausage.

• 1 big onion

• 1 tomato

• 1 potato

• Gouda cheese

• Mustard

• Salt & pepper

• Olive oil

The way to do it:

-Make cuts in the sausage.

-Spread mustard in the gaps.

-Insert the potato, onion & tomato alternatively in those gaps.

-Sprinkle salt,pepper,olive oil & cheese on top.

-Bake at (200°C) for 30 minutes.
